this is test of new Google office at docs.google.com. You can publish Documents on your blog, or just collaborate with our user, or just add Viewers, which can see your document but are not able to edit it.

It’s pitty, if you edit document in google office and save, blog post is not updated, when you try to post updated document on blog, it will add new post
Neverminds, you can edit post in your blog admin :))
